iFocusFlow (“the App”) is designed to help you focus, organise tasks, develop habits, and improve productivity. The developer (“the Developer”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is — and is not — collected when you use the App.
1. No Collection of Personal Task or Habit Data
The Developer does not collect, store, access, or transmit any personal information that you create inside the App, including tasks, habits, Brain Dumps, notes, progress, or any other user-generated content. All such data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud Drive, and the Developer has no access to it.
2. Optional iCloud Storage
If enabled, iCloud may store your app data to sync it across your devices. This data is governed by Apple’s privacy and security policies. The Developer does not receive or access this data.
3. Data Collected for App Distribution & Subscriptions
The Developer may receive limited, non-personal, aggregated information from Apple, including app downloads, subscription status changes, and financial reporting details. This data is provided by Apple for operational and legal compliance purposes and does not include any user-generated content.
4. No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising trackers, external telemetry, or data collection SDKs.
5. Security
All user-generated data is stored locally and protected by Apple's on-device security. iCloud data, if enabled, is encrypted according to Apple's policies. The Developer cannot access or share your personal data.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. All data remains on-device or within the user’s own iCloud account.
7. Your Rights
Because the Developer does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete through the Developer. You may delete all data at any time by removing the App from your device or deleting its iCloud data.
